WHEN THE RULES CHANGE - THE STRATEGY CHANGES

It has been proven beyond all reasonable doubt that that in the advent of “an ever-changing global market set to rising uncertainty,” the rules of the game in business have radically changed, requiring a radical change in strategic business  thinking and movements:

01.   The present business management knowledge has proven to be insufficient:

 

TO: PRO-ACTIVE STATEGIC ANTICIPATION CRITICAL THINKING MIND CAPABILITY:

Hence, the present business management knowledge priority must go from a standard planning knowledge perspective to an optimal strategic innovative critical thinking mind anticipation knowledge perspective.

 

02.   The present business management organizational structure has proven to be inadequate:

 

TO: PRO-ACTIVE STRATEGIC INNOVATIVE INTEGRATED SYSTEMS OUTPUT CAPABILITY:

Hence, the present business organizational structure must go from a team performance driven measurement model to a SYSTEMS innovative integration measurement model….know the system, question the system, and improve the system in time and space, monthly measurement model.

03.   The present business management leadership model has proven to be obsolete:

 

TO: OPTIMAL STRATEGIC TEAM UNITY AND COLLABORATION OUTPUT CAPABILITY:

 

Hence, the present business leadership model must go from a team competitive driven model to a TEAM unity and collaboration driven leadership model.
