Hence, the present business organizational structure must go from a team performance driven measurement model to a SYSTEMS innovative integration measurement model….know the system, question the system, and improve the system in time and space, monthly measurement model.
03. The present business management leadership model has proven to be obsolete:
TO: OPTIMAL STRATEGIC TEAM UNITY AND COLLABORATION OUTPUT CAPABILITY:
Hence, the present business leadership model must go from a team competitive driven model to a TEAM unity and collaboration driven leadership model.
